Neelam and Rick, are a beautiful couple who hired NG Studio to capture timeless photography and videography memories of their special wedding day. The bride and groom were married at the famous Hindu Temple known as the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, located in Etobicoke, Ontario.
There are many things which make this temple so precious and special. Inside of this temple, viewers will find 24,000 pieces of marble, limestone and pink stone. In all of Canada, it is the largest Mandir/Temple – and it was created with a close focus on the Hindu scriptures. The mixture of Indian architecture and our modern-day technology is what attracts many to this beautiful place. This temple is truly an important religious mark for those of the Hindu culture.
The peace and tranquility that this location is meant to provide is one of the main reasons why it would be such a desirable wedding venue. The bride and groom conducted their elegant wedding ceremony in front of the beautiful white sculptured background of this temple, under a mirage of pink flowers. Two elaborate chairs await them, pictured in cream and gold accents. The bride is adorned in a classic red outfit – as red is the most auspicious colour in Hindu culture.
This location made for beautiful pieces of photography and our team was sure to capture all of the beautiful monuments and architectural design which acted as a stunning backdrop. The bride and groom were surrounded by many significant family and friends, as they take their first steps as husband and wife – making this wedding very memorable to them, as a couple. The fantastic setting and weather made this special day even more so memorable – with the beautiful summer weather creating a relaxing atmosphere. NG Studio was proud to be a part of such a special wedding day at such a special venue!
